Lucky Pets Care (“we”, “us”) operates our store at 23 Serangoon Garden Way, Singapore 555935 and this website, luckypetscare.sg. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

  • Contact details — name, phone/WhatsApp number, email and delivery address.
  • Pet details — your pet's name, species, breed, age, coat and grooming notes, and any care notes you share with us.
  • Order and service history — purchases, bookings, grooming/daycare records, membership and stored-value balance.
  • Payment information — processed securely by our payment providers (via Shopify). We do not store your full card details.
  • Website data — device, browser and usage information collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

  • To process orders, deliveries, pickups, bookings and membership benefits.
  • To care for your pet safely during grooming and daycare.
  • To contact you about your orders and appointments, including reminders.
  • With your consent, to send you offers, pet-care tips and new-product updates by email or WhatsApp. You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” or using the unsubscribe link.
  • To improve our website, products and services, and to prevent fraud.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business — such as Shopify (our e-commerce platform), payment processors and delivery partners — and only as needed for them to provide their services, or where required by law. Some of these providers may store data outside Singapore; we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as you are our customer and as needed for business, accounting and legal purposes, then delete or anonymise it.

Your choices

You may ask to access or correct your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing, at any time. Contact our Data Protection Officer at info@luckypetscare.sg. We'll respond within a reasonable time, and may need to verify your identity first.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the latest version will always be on this page.
