These terms apply to your use of luckypetscare.sg and to purchases made through it. The website is operated by Lucky Pets Care, 23 Serangoon Garden Way, Singapore 555935 (“we”, “us”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

1. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was displayed incorrectly. If we can't fulfil your order, we'll let you know and refund any amount paid.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD). Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We may change prices or promotions at any time, but the price charged is the one shown when you placed your order. Online prices and promotions may differ from those in store.

3. Products

We try to show our products accurately, but colours may look slightly different on your screen and packaging may change from time to time. Product information is for general guidance only and is not veterinary advice — please consult a vet about your pet's health or dietary needs.

4. Delivery, pickup and returns

Delivery and pickup are covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy.

5. Promotions, vouchers and membership

Discount codes, vouchers, welcome gifts and membership benefits are subject to the terms stated with each offer, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn or changed. If a promotion's terms conflict with these terms, the promotion's terms apply.

6. Grooming and daycare services

Services are provided at our store. Appointment times, prices and any service-specific conditions are confirmed when you book. Final grooming prices may depend on your pet's size, coat condition and behaviour, and our groomers will discuss this with you before starting.

7. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your login secure.

8. Intellectual property

Content on this website, including our name, logo, text and photos, belongs to Lucky Pets Care or its licensors and may not be used without our permission. Other brand names and logos belong to their respective owners.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Singapore consumer protection law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.

10. Platform

Our online store is hosted on Shopify. Sales are made by Lucky Pets Care, not by Shopify.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute.
