A Day at Lucky

Your pet's day with us is calm, supervised and full of attention.

Drop-off: A warm welcome from our team. First-timers get extra time to explore, settle in and feel at home at their own pace.

Morning: Supervised play and socialising. Pets are matched by size, energy and temperament, so everyone plays safely.

Midday: Quiet rest time in a clean, comfortable space. Our fresh-air system keeps the whole shop fresh and cool.

Afternoon: More gentle play, cuddles and one-on-one attention from staff who know your pet by name.

Pick-up: A happy, relaxed pet ready to go home. Add a bath or tidy-up before pick-up and they'll come home fresh too.
