Where we deliver

We currently deliver within Singapore only. We're unable to ship overseas.

Delivery options and fees

• Standard delivery: S$6 — free for orders of S$88 and above
• Express delivery: S$15
• Store pickup: free — 23 Serangoon Garden Way, Singapore 555935

Processing and delivery times

Orders are usually packed within 1–2 working days. Standard delivery then typically takes 2–4 working days; Express orders are prioritised. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during public holidays or peak periods — we'll contact you if there's a delay.

Store pickup

Choose “Pickup” at checkout. We'll notify you by SMS/WhatsApp when your order is ready (usually within 24 hours). Please show your order number at the counter. Opening hours: Mon–Sun, 9:00 am–7:00 pm.
