Two washes, one conditioning. Every pet gets a double cleanse to lift dirt and oil from deep in the coat, followed by a conditioning treatment matched to their coat and skin type.

A standard SOP, every time. Each step follows the same checklist, from bath to blow-dry, so the result is consistent no matter which stylist is on duty.

Tools sanitised for every pet. Combs, brushes, clippers and scissors are disinfected after each groom, never shared from one pet to the next.

Fresh air throughout. Our fresh-air ventilation system keeps the whole shop clean, cool and free of lingering smells.

No rush, no cages. Even our basic groom takes over two hours, with gentle hand drying, because a calm pet is a happy pet.
